A 40 page workbook to be completed both in and out of crisis to form part of your toolbox in managing your mental health when times are tough. Complete the first section when in recovery, with happy memories and reminders of the wonderful person you are, making it personal to you. Then, if crisis hits, pick up your book and use those reminders to help you through. There are also strategies and worksheets that can be used to help manage difficult thoughts. 

The idea for this workbook was born from mental health crisis. The author Steve, was given the idea of a 'crisis box' to collect all the things he loved in one place. When unwell and contemplating if life was worth living, he turned to this box to help ground him and remind him of all he had to live for.

In the box he had a ruled notebook that he has filled with lots of different things: messages, letters, cards, photos, memories. When Steve and his wife Charlotte shared their journey on TikTok and showed the use of the book, the overwhelming message was that if others had a template to follow, they would really benefit from something similar. So, they set to work to create a Book of Hope for others!

Please note: This book is best received and started when in recovery. It is not advised to start this workbook when already in crisis.
